How to Delete Your Data

Delete individual records

Open the relevant app section and use the available delete action for a transaction, account, payment, plan, or goal.

Delete everything inside the app

1. If needed, first save an archive: Settings → Backup → Export Archive.
2. Open Settings → Data on This Device.
3. Tap Delete All Data, read the warning, and confirm permanent deletion.

This removes accounts, transactions, plans, goals, settings, and local snapshots. It cannot be undone.

Delete local data on Mac

Open Settings → Data and backups. At the bottom, choose Delete…, type DELETE and confirm. Save an archive first if needed. Your iCloud copy is preserved.

Delete the app and its data

1. Export an archive first if you need a copy.
2. Touch and hold the Svobodno icon on your iPhone.
3. Choose to remove the app and confirm Delete App - not only Remove from Home Screen.

This removes the local container and app data. Offloading is different: it preserves documents and data.

Data in iCloud

If sync was enabled, deleting all local data disables it and leaves the cloud copy intact. To delete iCloud data, use Apple Account storage settings and select the app data. Decide which copy to keep before enabling sync again. Removing the app on Mac does not by itself guarantee removal of App Group data, local archives or iCloud data.

Exported archives

Delete exported archives separately from Files or any other location where you saved them, including copies held by a service you chose. The archive has no separate password.

Support emails and website logs

Deleting the app does not delete support correspondence. You may request deletion by emailing support@subze.pro, unless retention is legally required. Retention details are in the Privacy Policy.
