By using Svobodno, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose
The app is designed for personal money tracking, payment planning, and estimating an amount that may be available to spend.
2. Not a financial service
Svobodno is not a bank, payment service, or financial, credit, tax, or investment adviser. Calculations are provided for information only.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, keeping any backup you need, and your financial decisions. Export an archive before replacing or resetting your iPhone if you want to retain the data.
4. Free and paid features
Core app features are available for free. Additional features may be offered through the auto-renewable Svobodno Plus subscription. The App Store purchase sheet displays the current benefits, plan duration, full billing amount, and any eligible free trial before confirmation.
5. Subscription and free trial
Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. If a free trial is available, the subscription renews automatically at the displayed price when the trial ends unless you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan in App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore Purchases is available in app settings and on the Svobodno Plus screen. Existing financial records remain available after a subscription ends; creating new paid items or making a new export may require active Plus access again.
6. Refunds and billing
Apple processes purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under App Store rules. If there is a billing problem, access may depend on the subscription status and any billing grace period Apple applies.
7. Availability
The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the developer may change features, fix errors, or discontinue distribution.
8. Intellectual property
The app’s design, text, code, and marks are protected by applicable law.
