Start with the built-in guide

In the English app update, open Settings → Help → How to Use. It covers the free-to-spend calculation, expenses and transfers, future transactions, limits, goals, debts, and backups.

How to contact us

Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and interface language. Email: support@subze.pro.

Support receives your email address, message, and attachments but cannot access the app’s local database. See the Privacy Policy.

If a calculation looks wrong

Check actual balances of active accounts, unpaid and overdue mandatory payments, the selected horizon, and the reserve. Future income is not added to today’s free-to-spend amount; it may be included in the monthly plan forecast.

Edit a transaction

Open it in Transactions, then edit or delete it with confirmation. Undo restores the most recent change. Confirm a future transaction only after it actually occurs.

Backup and restore

Open Settings → Backup → Export Archive, acknowledge the warning, and choose a secure location using the system sharing menu. The .svobodnoarchive file contains financial data and has no separate password.

To restore, choose Import Archive in the same section and review the summary. Confirming import replaces the current data. Optional iCloud sync requires current app versions, the same Apple Account and sync enabled on both devices. Data syncs while the app is open.

On Mac, backups are in Settings → Data and backups: use Archive export to save a copy and Restore from file… to restore it. Delete all data is at the bottom of the same section.

Delete data

Settings → Data on This Device includes Delete All Data. This is permanent. Read the step-by-step deletion instructions first.

Availability

Svobodno is available on the App Store and requires an iPhone with iOS 18 or later. The interface supports English and Russian, and the budget currency can be selected in the app.
